An early morning stroll towards the public hide turned into a delight as we watched this family of stoats.
Well worth the early rise.

Hi trevor. Nice to see the full video. There is a man passing this work off as his own claiming to have filmed this from his car. He has added his voice In the background and has done the same thing to many other people. He has wiped out names etc and printed his own name on yours and many others work. Fantastic video

when you see your pets being dragged down the path crying for help at two in the morning by one of these, its hard to feel much affection for them
They've helped to wipe out most of the NZ native bird population - they have no natural enemies here.

Survival of the fittest. Your colonial government put them there, and it's not the stoats' fault that none of New Zealand's wildlife evolved to take into account effective land-based predators..
