It's way earlier into a video than I really ever comment, but I have to say I 100% agree with "It is a mistake to isolate the world from the plot." especially when writing any sort of fantasy project
I see you for the first time and a always pretty sceptical of writers advice when i don't know what this person actually wrote, but when you read that snippet at the end i fell in love Would LOVE to read your book
How did I not know you had a YT channel? I absolutely fell in love with I FELL IN LOVE WITH HOPE (ha) and I hope the best on your next book! Not me bingeing all your videos now...also BIRD BY BIRD was an addicting read because I was shamelessly invested in Anne Lamott anecdotes.
Omg, every project you do gives me goosebumps with how amazingly creative and diverse in concepts they are. I cannot WAIT to see where this story goes!
Huxley? You mean Aldous Huxley? That's the reason we read the book. Do the info dumps. You're smart enough. Just do them. In later years, people will be reading for that kind of thing, and not for exciting plots. Reading as a hobby can't survive, without people understanding why we do it. Which is to gain insights into the real world. DO THE INFO DUMPS. Don't write a cheap dime novel when you can write a historic masterpiece.
You know you've been following lancali for a long time when this prologue seems familiar to you. I can't wait for it.
hi! I'm curious about what it reminds you of?
I can’t wait to read both blue’s shadow and death’s children
Very cool that your mom seems like a support system for you and your art. Shoutout to your mom!🙌
I’d love for this to be a series! It gives me motivation to write.

Keep up the great work! This made me get back into writing!

Helo, Lancali, I have a question for you: Have you Ever See "The Brothers Karamazov,The Movie" with Yul Brynner? Is so good as the book(almost).
Is Blue's Shadow out yet?
It’s in the publishing process
If you don’t mind what size board is that

Jokes aside, solid content.
Do you have a P.O. Box? 🫶
