190km before draining is amazing. That's around P500 worth of gas on a regular scooter. If you buy a solar charger for this you won't spend anything for transport anymore. Plus it doesn't make any noise. This is so good, I want to replace my Mio.
this one looks so cool. unlike the other ones that's too minimalist, making it boring looking. the price seems expensive but when you do the math with traditional scooters; rising(and rollbacking) gas prices, oil change, PMS/CVT cleaning compared with the electric bill to charge this scooter it's almost the same even saving more money on the AE8
also take note that it still needs maintenance (not as frequent as it's gas powered equivalent though). and considering that it's very new, parts may not be easily available or be at a high mark up and you'll also need more specialized workshops/facilities for maintenance of if something ever happens to the bike itself. considering all of these, I think it's still a much safer option to get a gas powered scooter rather than an electric for price, performance, and longevity.
This scooter is amazing! Im glad i was recommended your video. I am just daydreaming about it now. A more convenient way to charge the battery sounds great and definitely a must.

You're 100% correct about being able to charge directly to the battery, this is a game changer for many people, for sure. Otherwise, I hope this Scooter will come to the US!
I concur. Not everyone has a garage and power plug. Some more, the charger should be moulded in the shape of the cubbyhole to fit snug. And I don't need that stupid card, I prefer a key, a key that I can touch and feel, and put into my pocket. Otherwise, it has everything I'd expect, incl. modern design. Great also the floorboard.
How about riding with a pillion? How heavy can the bike handle and (i know speed will be affected) how much battery will it consume at that point? Also battery life, how long will the battery last before replacement? Or is it case to case basis depending on use? Sorry too many questions, I really feel that this could be the future of practical commuting in Ph. Really really nice video btw
As a confirmed petrol head and biker I've not seen an electric bike I actually want to ride or buy........until now! Thanks for the review. This looks like the best electric scooter to date. I do hope CF Moto will be bringing it to the UK.
True. It would be cool if you could pull out the batteries and charge them separately. That way you could purchase spare batteries and replace them with fully charged when u get home and then charge the used ones.

@@divibs5371 -well... That's not really true as ALL EVs are charged from power stations using Natural fuels (oil, coal, natural gas etc) unless that person has a dedicated solar charging station using EV actually emits more gases into the atmosphere than driving a standard modern car with all the pollution controls on them. It also takes tons of machinery and refining to make all of the lithium used in lithium batteries as well. When you combine it all together EVS are a joke as far as how much they're polluting the atmosphere versus cars. People only think they're cleaner because you don't see emissions coming out of the tailpipe so as far as how much emissions are on the road itself that's the only place that they're cleaner. 4.4 kWh will only take you 30 miles/50 km at speeds of 50 mph/80 kmh. Average needed power at that speed is 6 to 8 kW. If I will buy a scooter, this will be it! Love the review! RS!
I'm afraid of the battery replacement cost on electric vehicles, the price is usually pretty hefty and replacement cycle is frequent.
What is hefty
The battery is li-ion--usual chemistry is NMC or NMA. Lifetime of an average li-ion is 2000-2500 cycles or 5-6 years if charging is daily.
Nice bike. 👍😉👍
You would only replace it after probably about 4years but it will still depend on usage.
lithium battery life span is 5 to 10 years. maybe the motor is the first to give up 😉
i Love how you delivered every details, Clear and Clean good job sir
Thanks man!
It's probably limited due to the battery overheating. Probably dangerous to go beyond that regularly.
As long as you don't always over accelerate and you don't drive during El Niño season it's pretty safe.
