Hey guys, Lemur here. In 11/13 of these games I max charm 2nd and go everfrost it is out of the norm, but I think it is extremely op when the enemy has no cleanse, merc treads, or mikaels. It is def a lot harder to play than W max 2nd but the reward can be worth it. 1 Charm always = kill.
This montage/highlight video is of my past 10 or so days of soloq where I won 13 Ahri mid games in a row. I only dodged 3 times throughout this winstreak due to autofilled jg or me being autofilled. Part of it has to do with luck, there were 2 games were I def did not mid gap, but the rest I feel I performed pretty damn well. Ended up going from ~550 to 780 LP.

why do you never take minion demats if i go everfrost i go demats or i cant one shot caster minions
Minion demats is def something I have used in the past, I know "White and Pretty" (KR Challenger Ahri) does it sometimes. I find I play against a lot of champions like Qiyana, Sylas, Yone, Yasuo. Against these champs getting the push CAN actively be bad because it can give them roam timers that can be hard to match, so I don't find it gives as much value compared to the max mana increase of biscuits and the fighting power it gives you early. (Also selling biscuits for Ctrl wards also is sometimes nice. Since you get the max mana regardless of selling or using). I just auto the caster minions once then Q, or use my W to finish them when they are 1 hp, or use my everfrost active to clear if I know I wont need it.
who is your ban?
Kassadin every game, Ahri wins lane vs him till like lvl 9, but it really requires a proactive jg/sup to win the whole game against him.

I find it the most fun for me since its an additional button to think about. Maybe im just fked up in the head and think its fun to cc people for 3seconds. :]
