Doesn't it kinda make sense for a "weaker" category to get a tie? If there are no clear front runners, the votes might be more split and therefore chances for a tie are higher? Right? Am I not getting it? :D
Very true. Especially with the same number of voters for both. But with the stronger categories like Actress in a Musical I figured because they were so good there would be more vote splitting and chances for a tie
