Random chaos is a random effect based on the distance from the last multiple of 9 turns. Every 9th turn, you get a free heal from random chaos. I don't remember the other 8.

So, some info on the end of the first chapter in case you want to experience it
*Spoilers, Obviously*
You may want to go back to Chapter 1 and pick up from your save and speed through the final boss for next stream. As someone in chat said, there's an item you can get in chapter 2 by telling Noelle that Susie eats chalk. In addition, since chat made you go grab the egg and you put it in the fridge, you may want to go back and open the fridge after you put the egg in.
You did miss talking to a lot of characters in town with unique and fun dialogue in the dinner, outside ICE-E's "Pezza", and to the right of the Flower King Shop. There's also an area in the very south end of town to visit. Most of it is foreshadowing for the future of the game, but that's what makes it fun.
And be prepared for Chapter 2. If you're thorough (and I'm sure you chat will make sure of it) and do everything the chapter has to offer, it'll be 5-6 streams because Chapter 2 is a fair bit bigger than chapter 1.

Hey after you get done with Deltarune there area couple of fan series you might want to look into the first is "Glitchtale" a 17 episode series spanning two "seasons" that so far all by one person seems to greatly enjoy. The second is "Ask Frisk and Company" which is basically an ask blog with a story line that has had crossovers with other Ask blogs such as "The Man Who Speaks in Hands" and "Drunk Chara". It is dubbed by a TH-camr (and others) named miamouse. However I wouldn't go beyond episode 62 she kinda stopped dubbing and posting the story in the middle of the storyline after that about a year ago (though the ask blog's last update was December 8th 2023 and is 7 episodes ahead because of that).
