Vpforce RHINO is a beast of a base & if you fly a heli you should go right now & get on the list, same if you fly GA or warbirds or early jets & if your someone that swaps between different aircraft you really need to get on the list for the RHINO too cause you can make this the best feeling stick for each aircraft you fly with only the change of a software profile not having to open the base & change springs dampners etc.

I maybe would give the Rino a try, but the link only shows the manual and driver, mainpage is on construction. Any idea what is included is it ready to go or a DIY-Kit? The Pricing?

Check the Discord server as well. It's the best option to contact the manufacturer.

Will it be good for all DCS aircrafts?

In English, the plural of “aircraft” is “aircraft”.

Yes and especially good in non fly-by-wire craft where you can feel the control surfaces slacken in stall and get heavy at high speeds.

We need better tools. The market would regulate itself and developers would have to step up their game.

The way the joystick base is designed (a total structural non-sense: screwing through the side of the panels is the worst of the worst...), that leaves not not much to be desired for the rest of the engineering quality.

Jeah looks like an early prototype very bulky and the gear/timing belt outside 🤔

Case is solid af & the rest of the Rhino is made solid too, there's a cover for the gears that can be printed too but I've had no trouble with them it's not like they are spinning full circles they only move a few degrees even at full 44° axis throw, also kits are available (motors of different sizes upto ones that will give you ~24Nm, Rhino is 9Nm) to diy your own base & you can make the housing anyway you like. Also this is one guy alone making them & not only is he doing an awesome job he's really involved in the community & extremely helpful too. Don't let looks deceive you this thing is a beast!

@@thraxas79 There are covers available to print for the gears/belt but tbh not really needed they only move a few degrees each way their not doing full rotations, also who cares about what it looks like, the Brunner looks like a professional product & the Rhino craps all over the Brunner, Brunner like 5Nm Rhino 9Nm (diy kit motors upto 24Nm) Brunner will overheat & cut ffb effects, the Rhino has active cooling fans & I haven't got mine anywhere near hot enough yet, Brunner costs way more than Rhino (yeah you get it quicker but that's it's only win over the Rhino) Brunner only just added DirectX mode for their bases, VPforce software is really, really good, telemetry app for dcs gives ffb effects for every aircraft without overriding module's native ffb effects also possible to tweak effects per aircraft, work is being done to add msfs to the telem app too, this is already in beta. For all the ffb options out there the Rhino was/is the best I could find, laser wing looks promising but it doesn't have to software etc. support like VPforce does for the RHINO.
