Is it okay if I cover this song at coffee house set? also I think the chords are (capo 1st fret) D/F#, G, Bm (open), and A hammer on to a D on the B string. I'm having a little trouble hearing the chord where you sing "come to the surface to SEE the way you light up my eye" but I play a E minor there and it kind of fits.
