The End felt like a genuinely heartfelt goodbye to the original map and chapter 1. The Big Bang felt like a soulless attempt to save a dying franchise from oblivion and turn it into a soulless copycat of an already soulless game, Roblox. Even shows in the music. The End feels dramatic and apocalyptic, The Big Bang is just a synth-infested copycat with no sense of dread or world ending doom. This mashup makes it sound better but it’s sad knowing how Fortnite has fallen. Their new season might bring me back but nothing will beat the good old days.
