Thoughts on boat It's about wishing that EX that keeps coming back to you would actually admit that they should be together, period. The entire chorus is a Is a dialogue that C wishes that she could get, but that person will never commit to her. The Best Of All Time is what she thinks she is in that In the EX perspective. "You couldn't give me your heart, babe. Go eat your heart out"
