I love everything about this journal! One of the things I always love about your style is the creative freedom within it. I made an altered book journal using the process you shared in your videos and I love it! There's something about using an old book to create in that I really enjoy. 💜💜💜
I love how full your old one is! I hope I can aspire to your talent some day! What I need to learn is to have fun and do it for myself and not to do it to please anyone else... hard to do.
I recently watched your videos on how to transform an old book into a journal and am in the middle of making my own! I've torn out a bunch of pages and am currently gluing the remaining pages together. I'm really excited to work in it. Thanks for your awesome content- it's so helpful and inspiring! :-)
It’s so nice to see your videos and hear your voice again! We missed you! Hope you are keeping well and that your school year is going well despite the craziness 😉❤️
My husband is an avid bird watcher. Lots of lists. I found an oversized children's book called Johnny and his birds, or something like that.(his name is Jonathan) I hope to alter it and use rings so he can add or remove pages and put his lists together:-)
Thank you Gina, So happy to be able to have a peek at your process. The pages you have started in here are really super. The spine is something I always seem to worry about when thinking about any process of putting a created book or journal together, in this case was there any binding still together or did you create a new spine to attach all those signatures/pages?
Oh Gina. I really do love the way you do your thing to such great effect. These videos are a joy to watch. Thanks and love Trills.xxx

It's already looking so gorgeous! 😍 Excited to see it as you continue to work in it. TFS 💕

Be true to you...that’s all that matters.
I love that page with dark wrapping paper with the flowers around it pretty. Lots of great backgrounds
Thanks! I love that wrapping paper because it’s thick and matte. I think it’s probably from the 70s???

What a lovely new junk planner! I have been using a combo of a regular planner and a junk journal.
Isn’t it fun to keep it all in one book?

Hi, the spine was intact. It was tearing away from the covers but a little tape and glue fixed it right up.
I’m working on that same book! I have 8 copies. It may become a series...
I keep meaning to try to create my own altered books but time gets away from me. Thanks for sharing!
Love this!!! Xo
Thank you so much!
Bliss!
