1 cup oatmeal, 2 apples and carrots. I haven't eaten sugar for a year! You have to try this! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Oatmeal - 100 gr. (3.5 oz).
Grind in a blender.
1 carrot.
2 medium apples.
90 ml. water.
Grind in a blender.
1 banana.
Grind.
Mix.
40 gr. (1.4 ounces) raisins.
100 gr. (3.5 ounces) dried cranberries.
Pour cold water for 15 minutes to remove preservatives and activate beneficial substances.
Add sweetener to taste. I have stevia.
2 eggs.
10 gr. (0.4 ounces) baking powder.
1 teaspoon vanillin extract.
Mix.
Add dried fruits.
Mix.
Grease a 20 x 7 cm mold with olive or vegetable oil.
Pour the dough into the mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 35-40 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool.
Grind almonds 30 gr. (1 ounce).
White chocolate without sugar 30 gr. (1 ounce).
Melt in a water bath.
1.5 tablespoons sugar-free yogurt.
Mix.
Decorate the cake.
Sprinkle with nuts.
