Do you think a regular sod cutter can be used instead of heavy machinery like yours in the video? We already paid a premier price for the pool given how in-demand pools are thanks to pandemic so we are going to do this by ourselves without hiring any professional help (side note: none of us is very handy, so it is going to be a challenge) Thanks for all the useful info!
Sena Secilmis hi i only used a spirit level of 3meter (10feet) to level out the tiles the summer after this video. Because the first summer i did not do it correctly. I don’t know what you ground is? If it is sand you would be fine.

Sena Secilmis if you are with 4 people I thinks it is doable with 4 shovels. If the grass is good you can get quite easily underneath it with a shovel and remove the grass layers. Bouwkundige zwembaden vervangen ze het water ook nooit van 🙂 Op TH-cam staan zelfs filmpjes van zwembad onderhoud lui die hele moerassen weer omtoveren tot schoon water puur met chemicaliën (en nee dat is geen accuzuur 😉).
Doesnt matter, the important thing is that the paver tops are leveled compared to each other. I leveled them this year again, because the first year i didnt leveled it
@@Flexion89 I bought 4" concrete blocks. Will set on top of 1/2" of sand and 3" road base. It is setting on bedrock, so i cant really go much further down. It was leveled by excavation crew. I will try the method of placing blocks underneath without burying.

Flexion89 Haha yes of course ! That’s what I first noticed. But even that is what I was wondering about, seems the turf would get caught up in a trimmer or lawn mower. I guess you could tie it up and trim under. Love the idea just trying to pre-plan for our setup. Thanks for the reply.
@@TheChapMX oh no its no problem at all, my lawn mower can go over the side of the fake grass without any problems. I just cant seem to get the liner completely flat. There are no big wrinkles but little raises Hopefully it'll flatten out once its filled up
Thats ok. but make sure the tiles where the frame is standing on, is completed leveled
I am setting up mine but the large side frame is falling inwards. Its about 20% full, Will it straighten up when full?

Let op dat je er dan geen aarde tegen aan plaatst. Zonder water stort deze anders in. En je moet toch een keer het water verversen.

@@Flexion89 leveled the pool area. Half of my blocks weren’t buried. But I do have 18x18x4” all concrete blocks leveled. It turned out great! 👍

The pump is connected with 2 hoses. So you can place the pump in an area you want.
