i have a feeling that even if gaty refused one would have still stopped time from breaking, it might just look like that one would have let everyone die but my theory is that one is just over confident, extremely "patient" when it comes to threats like these not worrying too much knowing that eventually the contestants would just give in into signing fearing one would actually let them die, in a way one is manipulating them into thinking they truly don't care about everyone dying
This would make Cary and Michael have the opportunity to make a new series where some of the contestants from TPOT and BFB who didn’t get their time to shine (Roboty, Cake, Foldy, Eggy, ETC.) end up being lost in-between timelines and now have to rescue everybody. i honestly prefer the silence in the tpot 15 credits, like the entire timeline is basically going to die, since this doesn’t just affect the contestants or the hosts either or even the show, it’s literally the whole timeline that would collapse. not to mention that firey not including leafy in dream island is literally the most important thing, like that was SUPPOSED to happen and absolutely zero differences were supposed to happen either, hence the major damage it caused to the timeline when firey let leafy come in
The reason Firey letting leafy into dream island almost destroyed the timeline was because if leafy enters dream island that would erase like 70% of the timeline its not because it was supposed to happen its because its a big deal in the bfdi universe
I'd like to imagine that if Gaty refused, One would just use her powers to revert things back herself. Think about it. She wants Two's power, and she can't get that if Two doesn't exist. Why would she just let the timeline die when that _completely_ goes against her overarching plan? She'd probably revert things to the last point in time that was stable, which would be when this episode began. Everyone would still remember the events of this episode, but One would basically make it like it never canonically happened in the first place (even though it did). Everyone would be confused as to why everything seemed to be entirely back to normal, and why they aren't dead, and then Two immediately realizes Gaty isn't with the others at all, so he runs into the kitchen only to find Gaty missing. He would then realize that someone is stringing him and the contestants along. But he wouldn't have any idea as to who it could be, as One left no trace of her involvement. Speaking of One, she'd send Gaty to where Bomby, Basketball, Bell and Barf Bag are IMMEDIATELY for angering her so much. They'd find the door to the Equation Playground, and upon opening the door, a shadow of someone would appear over them. A shadow that would look _very_ much like the number -three- six.
The only flaw in this comment is the last bit, 3 isn't on the equation playground, he's on the jail inside the E.X.I.T. as seen in TPOT 11, BUT a cool idea would be that instead of a shadow that looks like 3, it would be the shadow of 6, in TPOT 11, the exitors (pencil, bracelety and david) opened a door that led to the equation playground and 6 made a cameo in that episode

I have a very bad suspicion about everyone who has accepted One’s deal. People like Ice Cube and Fanny are still competing and I’m beginning to think that if either of them win the power of Two, One will use the deal to force them to give up power. As for why One used the deal on the none competing contestants is still unknown to me, possibly they could be used to attack the cast or something.
If TPOT 15 ended like that, then the remaining survivors (except the characters from the past) would be: CloudYAY (GB, Pencil, Winner, Yellow Face, Pillow and Donut) Black Hole (since he's a singularity, the effects of the universe being deleted wouldn't affect him) One and Gaty (One mentioned she's safe in her room, so if Gaty refused, she'd still remain in that room with her (unless One sends her back to the deleted universe.)
I love the way they hug each other. Accepting their fate, not individually, but together. They might be contestants, but their family. They're in the same show, they live (possibly) in or near each other, but they still care about each other. Even though Pin isnt in Death Pact, Tree still included her. Thats how you know even if it is just a cartoon, they have feelings.
