- This truck slid off the road in a very remote area of the wilderness and came incredibly close to rolling. There is no cell phone service in the area, but luckily the owners had some other friends with them who were able to give them a ride back down the mountain. They were all from out of the area and had to go back home, so the the next day I took my 4x4 wrecker along with Ben from @406garage3, to go up to find it and get it recovered. We then drove it back to Ben's house where my rollback was sitting, loaded it on the back, hooked my wrecker to the back, and brought it back to my house to be stored until they can my a trip back out here to get it.

West side city folk recoveries should have an automatic triple rate for the " they probably shouldn't oughta be out here" factor. That's a pretty nicely maintained , fairly wide Forest Service Rd, maybe folks should lay off the adult beverages or wacky weed when in unknown terrain.
3 times zero dollars is still zero dollars. So sure, I’ll charge them triple the nothing that I charged them. Now as far as your “they shouldn’t be out there” comment and making assumptions about what they were doing…. That just shows what a low quality person YOU are, not them.

Casey, every time I see that wrecker it gives me a warm feeling. I lost my dad ( who was my best friend) in 2005. He had a 1997 f350 with the same bed, minus the wrecker part. Same interior and exterior. Unfortunately he was t boned in the truck at the driver's side cab. What stopped any other damage than a broken arm was the bed. The guy was going 75 mph. That's the day that we all found out he had small cell cancer.
So yeah that truck is my favorite in your fleet! Thanks for sharing all your videos

What starts out as shenanigans became a good learning opportunity. Better know now in a controlled environment than out on the highway. That stack up did look quite cool.

@@CaseyLaDelle I just like bugging you about it, even if the tracks did work on it I doubt it would be advantageous in any way, the wrecker is heavy by design, it's an anchor, nobody on any ship wants an anchor that floats.

That wrecker made that awful easy. Watching Matt’s Off-road Recovery doing something similar was a much bigger deal only using bumper winches.
If it was dark when they did this, can you imagine opening the drivers door to get out... That was some scary stuff there Casey. That looked way easier than it was I bet. If that job was not done right, that Dodge could have been loooong gone. Masterfully done Casey. Great to see Ben as always too.
