No, but the Game Boy was the first Tetris game to use Korobeiniki. It's been using the song ever since - in fact, to be granted a Tetris license, your game must include the song somewhere.
They had it available for a limited time when it first came out, and then made it level 50. And I did it slow because I wanted to listen to the music as long as possible 😅
