You took KRL Commuter train, it was not MRT where some of the lines are subway. You can use the card you use to ride the KRL to ride all modes of public transportation in Jakarta such as *BRT TransJakarta, LRT Jabodebek, MRT Jakarta, MetroTrans* (non BRT buses), *JakLingko minibuses* and also *Free City Tour Bus* ..
Just make sure your card balance is sufficient, .. you can top-up your card at KRL stations or TransJakarta BRT stops.
If you buy an *E_Money card* (at Alfamart or Indomart), apart from being able to pay fares for all modes of public transportation, this card can also be used to pay tolls, parking and even for shopping transactions at Alfamaret and Indomaret outlets, as well as paying entrance tickets to tourist attractions such as Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, Ancol, Monas, Museums etc.

As someone who uses Jakarta Train facility everyday, I always dreaming that our subway system is like you guys have in New York, or maybe other countries that have very developed system. That Tan Ek Tjoan bread from 1:00 is actually one of the oldest and best bread in indonesia. It has been around since 1920. Too bad you didn't taste that. And the Nasi Goreng Kambing BonSir Kebon Sirih is definitely my favorite nasi goreng. It's been around since 1958. It is expensive by indonesian fried rice price standard, but it is worth it.
Seriously, try these martabaks asap: sweet (manis) and savory (asin/telor). Recommended food 👍

In Indonesia, it is not common to drink black coffee with ice, instead they will give you hot coffee.
For Jakartans it's normal already, usually they call black coffee iced from starling as Americano BPJS 😂
