Mam in your Chicken Korma u used Misti Doi, is it Bengali Misti Doi? May question to u is, wont your Korma taste very sweet? Or is it according to the palate of Bangladesh?
+AMITABH MUKHERJEE correct, she used bengali misti doi. I think the main reason she added misti doi , so that no sugar be required later on. You can use all tok doi too...except you have to adjust the sweetness to your liking.
