Are you sure this is Sheikh Siddeeq Minshawi? It sounds more like Sheikh Muhammad Siddeeq Minshawi.
There are three qaris that are Minshawi:
1. The father: Sheikh Siddeeq Minshawi
2. Son 1: Muhammad Siddeeq Minshawi - the very famous one
3. Mahmoud Siddeeq Minshawi

It appears to be 2. Muhammad Siddique Al Minshawi. This style can be found in his recitation of early 60s.

​@@hidayatulquran4508 it is not sheikh siddiq, there are not many recordings of his recitations and muhammad al minshawis voice was different so in this Recitation muhammad siddiq al minshawi is reciting
