Excellent demonstration of the venerable kata Seisan. It’s my favorite Goju Ryu kata. I’m not sure how to comment on the board breaking, but it makes a minor point. 😀
This is karate and karate has its own philosophy and technique. It looks like you only watch karate on your computer. I am 52 years old, and I have been practicing karate since I was 15 years old, and I do not advise anyone to try my technique on the street. I hope you understand.
