There is no such thing as "neutral" undertone. There are 4 undertones: •warm and radiant •warm and delicate(closer to "neutral") •cool and radiant •cool and delicate(also closer to "neutral") The radiant undertones give the skin a radiant glow, however the delicate aka "muted" undertones make the skin appear like it has a grayish undertone, not so clear and distinctive.
