This sort of thing is really frustrating. I get it all of the time as well and now I need to avoid certain servers and hide the identity of where I am playing. I don't know why people have to cheat. I guess when you're not very good, it levels the playing field for them.

Please tell the devs of DayZ to lower the rate of getting closer to hunger and starvation. I fucking went unconscious and died 2 fully geared and I fully looted the 2 different cities and found 1 fucking orange. This is not okay.

i started like a week ago and i love the game, it crashes once an hour but the frame rate is decent and you will definately see other players if you dont go inland. i havent died because of a crash. i've seen crowds of players in coastal towns, not many inland. the food and water is brutal which sometimes drives you to a homicidal point. but i went to an inland city and now i'm overstocked. they say melee is improved and i like it a lot. the 1rst person servers are usually low but all the 3rd persons are usually high.
In a buy now versus buy later I would recommend now. Find a community like Dayz Underground to play with and you'll have a blast. Only caveat is I'd wait for 0.63 to drop on the stable build before really getting into it (or just play on experimental until it does). The changes are pretty big from the 0.62 era and the older interface and controls aren't worth learning (this vid is from 0.62)
Man that .63 really put dayz back on the map. Thank god almost thought it was to late and wouldn't bring the game back to its glory days. Lol devs are great.
