elrohirtinuviel "Milchreis" is definately a german name and some germans especially bavarians pronounce the "r" the same way as russians, so that's why they might sound like that

IzpAH if they add each other on discord then it wouldn’t be realistic and survival like, I think he wants it to be realistic as possible and that’s why most people like it. He might find more people in the future and do more videos like this.
its like every other survival game. you have to be willing to trust people enough to get close and 1 out of 10 will be the same. the rest will try to kill you either immediately, or while you are in your inventory. just takes time to find a few guys, add them to your list of friends you can trust and you're set. but you will die lots of times trying to find friendlies.
