Just a tip if your NPA has no lube, medic trick is to place the NPA in the unresponsive person mouth and then use the NPA. Luka you are an amazing teacher with your videos!

Luka! You made me cough my lungs out of laughter!!! Did you say "when I go out on a date"??? My language is Spanish. So, when I saw the pistol and the rest, I thought I was getting it wrong.
That's about what I carry (minus the weapons due to country laws). The only thing I miss, and I would also see as necessary, is PPE. More specifically at least some nitril gloves, preferably white/purple/tan so you can cleary see blood (unlike with tacticool black ones).
If you like paracord , remember - I yard of paracord with a loop can be carried in your shirt pocket or trousers which is a tourniquet . The most important piece of gear you can carry .
@@germedicsam It does stop blood flow. The reason that it is not approved by the CoTCCC is because it is a little awkward to apply one handed. This is much less of an issue in the civilian world. And even in the military, if you've got some other TQ's on the outside of your gear, it might be a good idea to have a SWAT-T in a pouch somewhere. It is good for application to others or to the legs. So the only scenario where it could possibly be a problem, is when you have a major bleed from the arm. It is much less painful to apply (it's very wide), it is way more versatile, it is effective and can be used for tons of different things. The only downside is self application.

In Slovenia, only police force and armed forces personel can carry weapon, but only when on duty and registered hunters, when hunting. There could be some cases when you are allowed to carry, but those are extremely rare. So he is most definately not carring gun on a date. I belive he only said that becouse, I assume, the targeted audionce is murican, who wear plate carrier in shower and can't breathe without at least 1 firearm in reach distance at any given time.
Why so much emphasis on a tourniquet? Bear in mind, I'm not an operator, combat medic, "in theater," etc. I'm just a guy who works in a cube and goes home and drinks a beer. I know, I know.... Someone will answer, "because when the shooting starts, the bleeding starts." I have been in Zero shootouts to date and don't intend to be in a shoot out. And the odds of me getting struck by lightning on the way to pick up my lottery winnings are greater than being in a shoot out. Sure it could happen, but it is so unlikely, aren't there 100 other things I should be ready for as a higher priority? Or are chicks into tourniquet guys now? I've been married so long, I wouldn't know.
Greg Gallop N5MKH not only save your life but someone else’s. Not just good for being shot. Car accidents, work accidents, etc. one day you might be the first responder and could save someone’s life or even a child. Peace brother.
@@bretthuseby1372 - Good points but I would counter that I'm at about 8 to 10 counts of being the first responder at (not as a title or job, just the first guy there) at automobile accidents and probably another 5 to 6 with other accidents that required urgent medical care and not only didn't need these items, but wouldn't have been able to use them because they weren't applicable to the wounds I treated. I have found that broken bones, dislocated joints, head trauma and bleeding that required a shit ton of diapers and compression to be the most common issues I have faced. No joke - Pampers will hold a LOT of blood!

About the TQ, the swatt TQ is a great EDC alternative. Compact, flat, doubles as a pressure bandage
