the font size is massive with no way to make it smaller. i would like to habe all my devices in smart home visible on screen but they are so big you have to swipe right, totally unneccesary! its a bit clunky considering how good the dots are and alexa on pc

I'm super disappointed with my Echo Show 8. I have it on my computer desk because it's main purpose is to show my security cam. It however, is far more concerned with showing me weird transvestite and gay propaganda than it is doing it's job. When you manually shut off "most" of the propaganda you get 1 screen...."Alexa, what is the dog of the day". That's it. Remember when I said it's job was to monitor my security cam? Well it does for 15 minutes at a time. Then propaganda and dog of the day. So there you go. That's what's concerning to the people at Amazon Alexa. Not updating anything or providing usefulness...just gay stuff. This thing could be running android software or providing an app experience. You could be drawing on it, hooking it up to the computer to use the great camera and mic built in....but that would take away from the propaganda time. I could really use this good mic and camera because I game. It would have saved me 200 if there was just some usefulness and thought given to it...but why? That wouldn't make me gayer or think of transvestiting myself. I just feel like the main designer of this "potentially awesome" Echo Show 8 was/is a flaming homosexual and it's weird and offputting.

Yep, I understand the 10 min max live view on cameras IF it’s a battery powered cam, But I don’t understand why there’s a limit on hard wired cams etc
