Lockdown Statues During Bohemian Rhapsody on Public Piano | Cole Lam 14 Years Old

- It's been over 16 months since I last played out in public, and almost 2 years, and 80 MILLION views since I played that Bohemian Rhapsody video in St Pancras. So, for the first time out since lockdown, I had to play my Queen Bohemian Rhapsody piano cover that I arranged two years ago. It's changed a bit since then, some subtle changes in flow and dynamics, but I still think it's the best piano cover arrangement - but I'm biased - haha!
There's not as many people in St Pancras, but the magic of @Queen Official and Freddie Mercury will still get people to just stop and freeze for minutes. That's all Queen and Freddie - I am just someone who happens to be playing their music. Their music just has that special something that connects with people.
Played again on Elton John's donated Yamaha piano at London St Pancras International Station - the same as 2 years ago. The pianos were fixed and tuned just 2 weeks ago, but they're already been a little bit abused so there's a really twangy key already. These public pianos are precious, let's keep them looked after so everyone can play and share their music.

So many cool things to see when people watching. There are obvious ones like head snaps, people playing air pianos, and Olivier wandering through the station and seeing me. Then there's the ones that are not the obvious like the guy who was in the lift and just realises what I am playing but the lift takes him up. My favourite are the two staff members in the White Company who listens from inside. They must get to hear loads of music! As a huge Queen fan, I find it really hard to understand how people can keep walking past when this gifted kid plays one of the greatest songs of all time and so well. I wish I could be that talented
