I live in Chicago (and I’m Puerto Rican) and there is a restaurant I’ve been wanting to try when I go to visit NY. It’s called Black Rican Vegan, she makes homemade (delicious) authentic vegan Puerto Rican food. Just give it a try (if you’re into vegan food) I would love to see a vid on the PR culture in NY.
