Он так и называется прижимной ролик для разглаживания швов. Очень удобно, не надо каждый раз бегать к утюгу.

I can’t use my roller cutter away from me. I’ve tried many times and as a retired safety officer I know you should never use any blade towards you but with the roller I can’t do it any other way 😢
