As someone that struggles with anxiety especially with finances your videos are so helpful. They help me relax and realize I’m doing better than I think I am.
Well done regarding the pipe fix. Yes, sometimes you are the best person for the job. And sometimes you are best to outsource the jobs. You don't know until you assess the situation.
Numbers 6 & 7 - I definitely have found that the lists, into the shops or on Amazon, help wonderfully! So does meal planning for grocery lists. My current challenge is trying to inventory the consumables in our house so I stop running out of lightbulbs & overstocking on school supplies.
You mentioned Costco for purchases of items in bulk, but they’re also great for expensive one-time purchases as well. E.g. tires for your car, appliances, engagement rings, vacations, etc. Honestly, look at Costco before buying anything anywhere else. They will almost always have the best value. I love Costco 😅
Tae, back it again! Most people have had the misfortune of being raised to be in complete fear of money and to spend it before it's gone-mindset. It's taken a lot of work to change my thinking from that to thoughts of frugality, efficiency and future savings. Awesome content, Tae! These are great for getting on that path, staying dedicated or for most they will be taking a sneak peak at what the other side is like.
Quite informative. With inflation running at a four-decade high, a Recession is now the ‘most likely outcome for the economy. How can I grow my portfolio to outpace inflation and maintain a successful long-term strategy? I have been reading of investors making about $250k profit in this current crashing market, and I need ideas on how to achieve similar profits
The market is volatile at this time, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.
@@cinthiaseridaran On the contrary, even if you’re not skilled, it is still possible to hire one. I am a project manager and my personal port-folio of approximately $750k took a big hit in April due to the crash. I quickly got in touch with a financial-planner that devised a defensive strategy to protect and profit from my port-folio this red season. I’ve made over $150k since then

First! Great video Tae. Would like to see a video on those family meetings. Its a great activity, and keeps everyone informed. Money and calendar are on the agenda.

As a minimalist. I have been able to apply efficiency to all aspects of life.
This is a great video and life lesson to live within your means, below your means is better. Don’t be wasteful but rather be focused on what matters.
I’ve never heard of mis-en-plas and it was so interesting to apply that to finances.
Thank you for making this video.

I love minimalism! It has saved me a lot of money! Love the video!

Great job 👏 👍 👌
We had that family meeting and decided to move out of California.
I want to leave Gavin as fast as possible.
I love North Carolina, that’s where I would live in the US
I love how “informal” your money meetings with your spouse look. Complete with a whiteboard and spreadsheet haha
You’re a total Dude!!!!

You obviously are unfamiliar with French Hotel Cuisine detailed in “Down and Out in Paris and London” by George Orwell 😂
Casual as dinner plans? HA!
"Where do you want to eat?"
*couldn't care less.
Could implies you do care 👍
Haha I still have several boxes from k-12 school
Having stuff in boxes under the bed is out of view and out of the way! 🤣
Get solar brah....lol
dont explain what words mean just to extend the video - i think we all are clear what efficiency mean
But no one cares what you think. I think we’re all clear on that. It’s his video and he can do what he wants in it.
Lol, who's installing their own furnace and garage door? Hahaha...
