So good to see your smiling face again Lee and to have you back giving us all your tips to help us with what we do in front and behind our cameras. You give us so much and it is really appreciated.
God bless you my friend you have made me blush 😉 I am so sorry for not doing a video for a while. I have had to look after the family. And I have still been busy in the background with my New adventure that I think I might need some help with but all will be revealed in a week or two. Hope you ate keep safe and well
Welcome back my friend. You have been missed. Glad you're ok. Studio looking great. I have always believed that a photo should either tell a story or provoke an emotion, not just an historical reference. So for me, composition, lighting, use of colour, shadow, shade are important. The gear we use, is not that important, but can offer some advantages. I also like to do as much in camera as possible with very little post-production. By the way, you have been a great inspiration to me, offering some great techniques, that have excited and motivated me, whwen going through a creative dry spell. Every blessing to you and Mrs. H.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart Norman for taking the time to send me such a wonderful message. We really do over complicate a lot of things we do it is just built into us to want to do better and this is a good thing but like you say doing things right in the first place eg in camera or just waiting a few seconds makes such a massive difference
Hello Chris sorry for not posting for a while it's great to be back I have missed my you tube family. Hope you and your family are all keeping well and safe
I was looking for camera bean bag supports, came across your DIY bean bag tutorial which I loved, and ended up here as a subscriber!! Completely love your videos, the passion you have for photography and how you speak to us from your heart. I make pictures too and they reflect my mood, I'm so happy to know there are others like me out there!! Thankyou Lee!! Macro is my absolute passion and introducing others to beautiful mini worlds 😍. Our photos, our creations, our way of seeing the world make us so unique. How blessed I am to have discovered my love of photography. My heart sees more than my eyes do! Thankyou for reminding us to go back to basics. What an inspiration you've been to me today!!
Wow thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind message. And a massive welcome to my TH-cam family. I only do basic things as I really do find it easier for not only me but others as well I get frustrated with other bigger photographers as I find they are just overcompensating and really not doing it to help but more to show off. I believe we can all do photography and enjoy our passion Once again thank you ever so much
Thanks Lee! I just happen to be looking down at my phone when this popped up. As always I look forward to your videos so stopped my chores for a few minutes of the joy you bring us. As you say, going back to basics can help us move forward. Can't wait to see what you are coming up with.
Thank you kindly Linda for your support. Trust me when I say this next challenge I have put my self upto Is probably going to be the biggest thing I have ever done.
Thank you kindly mate sorry for it being such a long time. I definitely will be posting a lot more videos once again. Thank you for watching and supporting me it really does mean a lot to me
Hi Jim thank you ever so much for taking the time to send me a message I really do appreciate your support. I am just glad to be back sharing my love of photography
As I was scrolling through all the TH-cam channels I subscribe to, I saw this new one from you - and my response was YES, YES, YES (hands raised to the ceiling)!!!!. Your point about lighting is so true. With many of your photos, I usually say "What incredible lighting." Your statement - If you're saying "I'm the best", you're lying. However, when people that follow you are saying "Lee is the best" are telling the truth.
God bless you Tom thank you ever so much. I never want to be a pro photographer I just want to be a photographer. 90% of pro photographer's don't like there job. "I want to love my photography"
@@LeeHallphotography Agreed! Enjoyment is an absolute requirement. My wife and I have done a few family photo shoots for friends. We don't charge for the shoots. We just do them for fun and to advance our knowledge of family photography.
Welcome back my friend. So very inspiring. Love your videos and you always put a smile on my face. I have a question, would this project produce same results with water? Btw looking forward to see what you do next. Have a great day my friend.
Hello my friend thank you ever so much for watching and supporting me. I have tried water a few times and find it really does not hold the colours as well. I have tried putting some yellow food colours into the water and had better results. I think if you was to use a shallow clear plastic container and put a white piece of paper underneath it possibly could work 🤔🤔🤔 You have just given me an idea I will have to try this out. WATCH THIS SPACE 👍👍👍👍
Love your videos and enthusiasm tried a few now keep them coming when you can, what syringe do you use though there are so many on Amazon any pointers would be appreciated.
Hello Sonia it is just a old pringles tube I use to direct my flash onto the back of my subject so the light does not go all over the place. It's something I use a lot for my water droplet photography
Hi Lee, Thanks for the video mate, Its nice to see you putting something up for us all to admire & learn from. Its always good to see your videos & I know you have a hectic schedule & big challenge ahead of you in the next few months & i wish you every success with it mate. I am sure you will get the outcome you deserve. I am going back to basics soon as I will be changing my camera & maybe hopefully get to purchase a Macro lens so i can start learning the craft that you present so well that being Macro photography & making pictures.
Hi Ash thank you for your kindness and support. Mrs H was really poorly so I had to put things on the back burner for a while. Then I designed to give my self a new challenge lol. All will be revealed in a week or two my friend.

Hi Lee, my name is also Leigh. First time I found you as I started to look at water droplets, and your information is fantastic. One question mate, as I am an Aussie, I will call you mate, what camera lens are you using for this as you appear to be quite some distance away from the actual subject. Is this a telephoto lens? love you stuff.
Good day mate wow thank you for watching my videos all the way from Australia I have a lit of friend down under with one of my sponsors being craffty bells photography accessories. I tend to use a canon 100mm macro lens or the laowa 100mm 2x macro lens. But you don't need to use a macro lens if you don't have one. I also use extention tubes with a 50mm lense and this works just as good. I think I have done a video on this somewhere. Hope this helps you out mate if you need any help just drop me a message to my Facebook messenger 👍👍👍👍
God bless you my dear friend I would love to see your pictures. There is 2 ways you can do this you can send the picture as a private message to my Facebook Lee Hall or send it as a email to 1977leehall@gmail.com I will be looking forward to seeing them 🙏🙏🙏
