    My doctor said i had ibs years ago . I explained my symptoms and he didnt send for any tests . He said yup thats ibs .. bit un assuring but i found i started drinking " the right fibre 4 " and its helped me alot. I still have my ibs d flare ups. But i also struggle with health anxiety. So i am my own worst enemy . I love your channel and it calms me down watching because i have every symptom you explained at the start of the video . I always assume the worst . Cancer , tumor etc.

    I also live with it after I didn't eat gluten or milk it almost went back to normal, so I almost think that gluten sensitivity triggered the irritable bowel syndrome. Despite it I sometimes still notice when there is an emotional stress that it's not as bad as it used to be. Here in Brazil, where I come from, I've been having a hard time finding a gastroenterologist who can figure out the cause of my IBS-D and provide an efficient treatment. I've been taking Amitriptyline for over a month, but none of those doctors seem to know what to tell me about the health of my gut. It's very frustrating and very upsetting going back home after hearing a "You have nothing. You should seek a psychiatrist."

    I had my gallbladder removed 2019. Few months before the removal I experienced diarrhea on and off and attack pain in the middle upper back. The pain and fever made me go to the ER. They said I had a polyp in my gallbladder. So I removed my gallbladder ever since then I have iBS ! Major cramps ever single morning regardless what I eat 😢

    • @IBSTreatmentCenter
      @IBSTreatmentCenter  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Unfortunately that is very common. Removing the gallbladder is often mistakenly done in cases of IBS, and there have been several studies published on this. Or it's possible that you had both a gallbladder issue and IBS. Either way, you shouldn't have to suffer like this. There is an answer, but you need an IBS specialist, not a gastroenterologist. We'd love to help you, and we work with people all over the U.S. and many other countries via zoom telemedicine.

    Was on the toilet 20 times a day liquid with undigested food particles. Looked like soup. Bloating, Gas, Pain. I had no energy and felt like I was being poisoned. I now very rarely eat processed food and if I do in small servings. I cut out sugar, reduced carbs to the lowest I could and still feel good (didn't do well on keto), but the magic for me is 100 billion sfu of probiotics, yes, 100 billion plus megasporbiotic. The regular acidofilous, bifidus probiotic for the diarhea, but the megasporbiotic for the bloating. I have heard people have success with s.boulardi probiotic for traveler's diarrhea. Anyway other than being on $100 a month of probiotics that I can't afford, I feel a lot better.

      @@Itssilentlewis The go doctor gave me a piece of paper with info on the low-fodmap diet. The paper forgot to say that we need roadmaps (look it up and you'll find out what that is), and that we should only reduce for a while. There are probably some foods that are worse for you than others. Thing is, one's quality of life is reduced if you have to cut out a lot of foods. Have you tried an elimination diet? I found through doing that it was the starchy carbs that were the worst. Oh, and processed pre-made food, I think because of the canola oil. What I found was that the high dose probiotics make it possible for me to eat more foods. Still cut out the sugar. Have a few bites or eat a piece of cake if it is a birthday party, but no sugar binges, no whole bags of chips or more than two cookies. I like eating a lot, so I hate cutting down, but it helps.

    Sir, I am 25, had little pain in lower left abdomen, sometimes it is right side. I searched online regarding changes in bowel habits and these gave me severe health anxiety. I saw a doctor online and gave him my CBC reports. All normal and I am healthy, I have no weight loss. I was afraid of Colorectal cancer or bowel obstruction. The doctor heard my symptoms and gave me probiotics and reflaximin. I tried to push for colonoscopy but he did not recommend it. I am suffering for a week and as you mentioned starts with a normal bowel and then semi-solid. However, can I really trust my doc? Is it just health anxiety? (All started when I had blood in stool and that resolved within 2 days, doctor said anal fissure) everything in CBC is normal and so is my weight, from then I monitor every symptoms and changes in stool shape gives me anxiety. Can I really trust my doc that it is IBS? If you spare a moment to reply, I'd be grateful.

    • @IBSTreatmentCenter
      @IBSTreatmentCenter  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The statistics say that it is very likely IBS. But it's impossible to know for sure unless you have a colonoscopy.

    • @asif-uz-zamankhan937
      @asif-uz-zamankhan937 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Kamlesh_Kaler I had bleeding from the same fissure twice, but I'm doing well now. I'm drinking 3 liters of water daily and eating a normal diet, including rice and roti. My doctor advised me to keep my stools soft and not to worry about the fissure. He also recommended stopping my habit of Googling symptoms and watching TH-cam videos about them. He explained that the gut and brain are closely related, so worrying can cause loose stools and diarrhea by speeding up bowel movements.
      He offered the option of a colonoscopy for my peace of mind, but I felt satisfied with his advice. He made several key points:
      1. My hemoglobin levels are healthy, so persistent, frequent bleeding is unlikely.
      2. Diarrhea lasting more than a week without a clear reason should be investigated.
      3. Unexplained weight loss of 3-4 kg per month without exercise or dieting could be concerning.
      4. Black stools, a significant amount of red or black blood mixed with stools, or stools that are consistently thin like toothpaste should be checked.
      5. Persistent bloating and localized abdominal pain lasting a week are warning signs, as large polyps or tumors causing visible blood would likely result in cramp-like pain until the colon is emptied.
      6. I had pain and could wipe blood with tissue, but the risk of anal cancer is low in South Asia. Anal cancer is often caused by the HPV virus, and as I am a virgin with no family history of colon cancer, my risks are very low at 25 years old.
      Following his advice and drinking 3 liters of water daily resolved my symptoms. He suggested that if I still have doubts, I can do a stool R/E test and a colonoscopy. He emphasized that stopping my google online searches would break the anxiety loop since the more I search, the more anxious I become, leading to more symptoms due to the brain-gut connection. I am totally fine without medicine now. Just stop google search if you have none of these. I hope it helps.
