What a beautiful apartment with all the period features and the modern additions. Also, by sandwiching the original lead and glass you get energy saving values. We did this about 10 years and it was a great success and made the quality of life much better because of the heat retention and also the sound reduction. The ceilings are just amazing and are really shown off by the modern lighting system. And then there is the location ... just amazing ! Another great video Danilo !

Great location but I'm afraid the interior has been butchered by some clueless design firm. It's really bad. I would have to gut the place and start over and research the proper furnishings.
And the location is perfect too. 👏 All the apartment has a great teast and that feeling of a home and not to forget the historical value it's a museum. 😊 PD: Italy it's a dream definitely.

It's nice but the furnishings are the wrong look. Also, I hate to say this, as I love your videos and all the properties, but you say it has lots of natural light, yet you can tell it is a very dark apartment. All the wall lights and lamps are on throught the video, and it stills looks rather gloomy. I am sure it is because of the narrow space between the buildings opposite the street.

Love Florence. Love Danilo. However the developers of these residences have compromised what should be spectacular apartments by renovating with such cheap finishes. Seriously, how many freaking sconces do you need?? Were they on sale? And the furniture is included? I would pay to have it all removed. Italy is known as a hub of great design. But not here. They should have offered the units to be fitted out by the owners. Outside: Florence. Inside: Holiday Inn. Shame.

Rugs on new wooden floor on a 1st floor flat make me wonder about sound insulation between the different floors
The rugs will dampen the effect of noise caused by foot traffic. With the height of ceilings if the Oiano Nobile, any noise would be exacerbated.
