Thanks for covering this stretch and it bring back memories of 4 laning work I was involved. Several visits to Kanchipuram and Vellore collector office, Ranipet RDO office then between 2001-2005. Kaveripakkam, Walajah, Ocheri, Perumpulipakkam, Damal, Vellagate, Baluchetty Chatham are some familiar names then. Some stretches look very old while some are upgraded with new overpasses. Nice video. Thanks for sharing.

Direct bus not available i guess. From Walajah road railway station u can reach Walajah.bus stand by share auto or by local bus. From Walajah bus stand frequent. bus available to Arcot

Girder work above railway track completed. If everything goes well, in next 3 to 4 months it will be ready to open for traffic i guess
