Chinese-built water projects benefiting people in Angola

In the 10 years since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward, Chinese builders have helped African countries build water conservancy, drought relief and water supply facilities, so that more and more African people can gain easy access to clean and reliable water.

I was having the same thought while watching the video. European been there for hundreds of years and they did nothing to improve the life of the people. All they did was to plunder their resources. European are callous and used Christianity to hide their diabolical nature.

Mind you in UK there have been a lot of charities asking donations to help Africans to get water. I have seen money donated but seldom any real work executed.

​@gunsumwong3948 Is because Black countries, Africans countries prefer the Western countries to give them the money. So that they can do the project themselves because of their colonized history. The Western countries give them the knowing that nothing will happen. China doesn't have that history with Black people and Africans because China were only colonized their neighbours.
