Wow i surprised to see a lore channel about Amalur, this is something that a really didn't expect to see in reality at all, this is unthankful job you might really like this game and lore behind it, i hope for a second game in the future, potential of the this and storytelling is incredible.
Love your content. I've always presumed that the Erathi were Amular's equivalent of Angels, as Niskaru are the equivalent of Demons. Egaons Armor actually has it as a stat. There is a Lore stone in Mithros that actually refers to them as Angels. Several of the Mitharan Order's books refer to them as children of Mitharu as Niskaru are children of Telogres. Back to the point. Where did they come from, the Order Realm! Where did the disappear too, the Order Realm! There purpose is to guide the mortal races in the early part of thier history then let them develop on their own. Also my theory is that the Erathi Ruins are essentially fallout shelters when the Deep Gloams return. I suspect there have been many Cycles and many Deep Gloams. Again thanks for the great content and keeping this community going.
Hey, great stuff about the angels and demons part, I never thought of it that way. As far as origins and disappearance goes, I definitely believe the Erathi came from the Order Realm, just as the Niskaru came from the Chaos Realm and the forces of summer and winter came from across the Arcane Veil as implied by the Godstorm lore. My own headcanon is that each time the Great Cycle reaches a new stage, Amalur comes into contact with a new realm and/or magic. That’s a great theory and just as valid as mine (we are just guessing after all), but what makes me question whether or not they returned to the Order Realm is this. After the Deep Gloam, most Niskaru were pushed back into the realm of Chaos, but some pockets still remained in the dark corners of Amalur:l. Reckoning’s ending seems to imply that the Fae will fade and return to their own realm of Esharra, but Project Copernicus promotional content implies that some Fae still survive. Every race from a different realm still seems to have survivors that walk the land of Amalur, except for the Erathi. So while they might have simply been called back to Order Realm by Mitharu, their complete disappearance and Telogrus’s dialogue leads me to believe something went wrong between the realms. Thank you so much for the discussion, I love this kind of stuff. God bless :)

Good stuff man, I like your excited spirit. Perhaps play a bit with the mic settings or the software to try and make it just very slightly softer? Idk sound engineering, but just feels like there some peaking when you get more excited(cant explain it). The volume is perfect though, not too loud not too quiet! Either way, keep it up, doing great work!
Ty for the lore, I have the children of erathell gauntlets and boots paired with that Warsworn armor from the menu screen so to discover that warsworn and this race history are tied makes me fulfilled
Hi! I really like your channel and your content! It's interesting to learn more about the lore of Amalur, especially since not many other channels talk about it. But, if you don't mind, I have some questions and maybe you can help me. I recently bought the Kingdoms of Amalur game, in physical, for the PS3 and I've enjoyed it a lot. But for some reason I am not getting the downloadable content on PlayStationStore (The House of Valor questline, The Legend of Dead Kel and Teeth of Naros dlc's). Does that mean they are no longer available for the PS3? Or is there any other way I can get them?
A great question! The Erathi were referred to as the First Ones, even by the Fae, in the lorestones, but it’s also worth noting that there were mortals and Fae around during the Deep Gloam to record these stones. Obviously, the Fae are older on a grand scale, as the Fae appear to remain the same each world cycle. But as for who’s older in the current cycle, we simply don’t know because there is no revealed history before the Deep Gloam. However, the Erathi ARE older than the Summer and Winter Courts. The seasons of summer and winter didn’t come until later in the cycle, and before then the Fae were loosely organized and more “wild-like.” So whether or not the Erathi are older than the Fae, their advanced civilization far preceded the current Fae civilizations.
I got pretty into amalur and then some DLC armor thst was RNG (fishing thief set) never dropped for me despite trying for 3 days and I deleted the game, lol. Fashion
No matter what I can not stay away from this setting . . . so much potential . . . stellar video as always.
