We never had green bean casserole when I was growing up, and all TH-cam cooks I’ve seen include it in their holiday menus and I’m SICK OF IT! It will never be on any table I set.
@ Nope. I’ll eat green beans any other time of year, but I’ll take different side dishes at holiday meals. I know different cooks put their own spins on this recipe, but it’s still just beans, soup, and hard onions. Be more creative!
My grandmother made the Waldorf salad ,she passed when I was 4 but I have her beautiful glass antique bowl ❤

Nothing quirky with our Turkey dinners but I do miss my Nan’s real gravy. Cream cheese on celery sticks before the meal. ❤🦃
