While you renaming a part, does the drawing (and drawing references)also is renaming?

When I rename a part ,the drawing doesn't rename at the same time,so I have to rename drawing again,is there a good way to solve ?

Suggestion... You should start videos referencing the version you are using. This method does not work for 2015.

No, it is not possible to rename drawing files simultaneously unless you have our PDM vaulting tool for file management.

Will this reflect in the bom?

Yes it will update in the BOM, you may need to rebuild your drawing (Control+B) depending on which method was used to rename the part or sub-assemblies.
