you know, sometimes I didn't watch your video because of the content, but because how good the editing are. love it. informative video nonetheless. keep it up!
When I first got into riding I remember thinking 20k on a bike was a lot until I met numerous riders with 50k+ on their bikes and one friend of mine with 160k on his! Great video! 👍🏻
It’s always hard to tell when to be worried but I think these super sport engines are pretty highly strung so better to be safe than broke when you have to fix it lol
Change oil and filters in time, take care of your valves and there should be no issue. High temperatures kill the engine, and if you go full throttle all the time, or hit the rev limiter and stay in the red line whilst on neutral whatsoever, then you do put a lot of strung in your engine. Coming from a 68k kms duc 848 owner >.> bought it with 40k..
If there are some scratches that could be covered under some stickering which is not making the look awkward then go for it, it will make the buyer to see less scratches, but be morale don't hide rust or cracks under stickers if there are any
I wonder if this will help me sell my 50cc scooter. I got my motorcycle license and don't want to keep my small lady on the side. Some teenager will be happy to have her for sure!
I'm just about to sell my Kawasaki Ninja 2017 edition and upgrade to a Yamaha MT-09 2017 edition. I'll be providing all the maintenance paperwork, to give the buyer peace of mind.
Watched this video back when it came out and got recommended to me again just in time, I'm selling a 2015 R3 with like 1130 miles and this should help me a lot
What chain lube do you use? It looks really dry, butt I have no doubt you are keeping it well lubricated, so I'd think it doesn't fling of all that much...
@Chaos Causes .. I first cleaned my Scooty Pep + in India and then thoroughly polished it and it looked like it has just came out from the showroom.. It was a 2013 Model.. 1st Owner with 3400 kms on the ODO... Then posted an ad on OLX . But Sold it on Facebook ! for INR 28,000.. Other bikes of this year were going around INR 15-17,000 with very heavy kms on the ODO.. BTW thanks for the video.. Will do these things for the next bike..
I’m from VietNam , and i’m your big big big fan, thanks for your inspiration. And i love photography, videography. Please! Can you show how to color grade video look like your videos , really love that color ❤️ have a nice day, u had my subcribe
20000 is really nothing, seriously it's not. Also that track laps analogy is just pointless, doing those miles on track vs road is very different, but still if well maintained very regular, it would not be a problem. Many more miles on track is fine too, it just means an engine rebuild occasionally to replace worn shims, bearings, seals, piston rings and the camshafts, reseat valves or replace them too.
Why the fck you didnt reached 100k sub. Yet? Youre vids are made in very good quality and you create good content. (Sry if there are mistakes, i‘m from germany)
Wait what? You bought the bike at 35000km and year later it only has 40000+km? So you only rode 5000km??? Wtf that's my monthly mileage.... And 35ks is very very low mileage...
@@davidstancu2963 This way you're controlling when the bike can move, and stop. Imagine you're on an incline, and you can't reach the break - your bike will roll, and there's no way to stop it. Now, if you're in 1st gear and using the clutch - you can precisely control if the bike moves. Just drop the clutch and it stands still. With the engine off, of course.
Great video and advise. Tires are very import and also fairing conditions! Those are the best things to change when they are in bad conditions. If you like Superbikes, visit my channel and if you like my videos support me by subscribing. Loud pipes save lifes. Enjoy the ride 👍
Queue all the idiots with already overpriced used bikes bringing the price up even more. I met one guy who wanted 3k over new MSRP for his used and dropped bike because "he had to pay taxes and fees at the dealership." (The taxes and fees you'll still have to pay at the DMV when you title transfer a used bike) He still hasn't sold that bike. Price your bikes reasonably, people.
The main attraction of this bike is its remarkable sporty look and its engine efficiency which is also worth mentioning. www.banglamotor.net/suzuki_gsx_r150.html
You know it's not a Chaos Causes' video if it doesn't start with cleaning.

I've been thinking of selling my 2004 Suzuki Vsr 800 for some time now but had no idea where to start. Now I can thanks to this video😱😱
I wonder if this will help me sell my 50cc scooter. I got my motorcycle license and don't want to keep my small lady on the side. Some teenager will be happy to have her for sure!
This is how my bike is cared for all the time!
Mine too.
It is also a good idea to have any papers of the bike handy when someone comes to see it & have a service record :)

You are by far the best motorcycle related channel man, God Bless.
Also, don't get discouraged if you don't get hits right away. Patience is key.

Damn bro going from this to the mt09 based on looks must have been a really hard decision
What chain lube do you use? It looks really dry, butt I have no doubt you are keeping it well lubricated, so I'd think it doesn't fling of all that much...
I use a local chain wax but it was dry in this video because I had just cleaned it.

Different standard in different countries. In Australia for example, This is considered high for a bike
2:40 It’s better to use the clutch and be in 1st gear when moving the bike around, much safer than using a brake.
Why?
@@davidstancu2963 This way you're controlling when the bike can move, and stop. Imagine you're on an incline, and you can't reach the break - your bike will roll, and there's no way to stop it.
