Majority of the time, nobody really wipes the PD. They usually call a cease fire in order to get cops out.
That's why you almost always hear the PD call a gang to negotiate terms.
It's almost impossible to completely wipe the PD, as new people are waking up

Officers met with besties afterwards about the situation, which proves it wasn’t a wipe. They wouldn’t remember the situation if it was a full wipe

Now you have cops hiding in unreachable heli's or in dark corners and they count that as cops surviving.
