Hello my friend i want to contact you but i don't know how? I have a problem in my bike and i would like to give me some advice or what i should do exactly 🙏
@@GoodBicycle No, but I bought the bike a few months ago in southern Germany, maybe it was the previous owner. By the way, is the fork a Sr Suntour? It's not the original but I also bought it with the bike.
Hi my friend, I have these brakes on a bike that has internal cable routing. I am taking them off and putting them on a different frame, will I need to remove all the oil and refill, and bleed to take it apart? or is there a way I can save the oil, take it apart by the lever, take the cable out of the housing and then remount them without doing that? Thank you in advance.
Hello friend. You don't need to drain all the fluid, when you disconnect the brake handle, then seal the free hydraulic line with something. When you install the brakes on a new bike frame, you will need to replace the olive, the fitting and bleed the brake lever itself
@@GoodBicycle Fantastic, thank you for your reply. I will order a bleeding kit and get it done. I wish you a good weekend, really food videos on your channel!
Nice, and now you ruined your brakes. No other fluids (any kind of mineral oil) can be used besides Royal Blood, because they damage the seals due to different chemical properties, letting the seals shrink or expand. In trials riders often fill they MAgura rim brakes with water or a mix of water and antifreeze liquid, knowing the brakes will last -at best- a year or two.
Thank you for your comment. In fact, Magura Royal Blood is the same mineral oil. So nothing will happen to these brakes, they are already very old and not afraid of anything😺

I just take mine and drop it off at the bike shop and pick it up later and WALA it's done.
Easiest thing I've ever done.

You can find such kits in large online bike shops or on Chinese marketplaces

시미노 미네랄 오일을 써도되는군요
가장 중요한 것은 이전에 브레이크가 DOT였던 경우 미네랄 오일을 사용하지 않는 것입니다.

Its just thin oil ,like every hydrolic system uses ...the oil and the seals are not magic, alien technology only available to Megura
