PLANE // pole trick (intermediate)

An exciting and really beautiful trick on the pole: The PD Plane
When you have the technique down it is also not terribly difficult. Maybe you need a few tries and that's ok! Start low on the ground and work your way up the pole, eventually performing this trick on spinning.
