Yes a simple,quick n tasty recipe to serve for any non vegetarian meal. Kavitha your recipes are always appetising n prepared without any mess in the cooking area.
I add plain chilly powder together with the onion n other ingredients,add a little water n grind.The paste will look like as though it was grounded in a stone grinder.To the heated oil I stir in the paste,add a little tamarind juice,salt,curry leaves slow heat n allow gravy to simmer . Egg can also be beaten up with a little tumeric powder n fried flat in a saucepan, cut egg into pieces n add into simmering gravy..Thanks Kavitha for sharing. God Bless🙏🙏🌹

Thank you Ma'm. Another exquisite dish. Moong Dhal dosa is not just tasty but highly nutritious.
A slightly different version of this is an Andhra delicacy called 'Pesarettu'. They also used to serve it with a Tomato/Onion spicy chutney.
In Vijayawada junction, they serve a special Pesarettu stuffed with Rava Upma. Amazingly delicious...!!
Know what they call it...?? "MLA Pesarettu"...!! Though, one can't fathom how was that name coined...!!
Nonetheless, another exotic dish from your culinary treasure trove, Ma'm.
