I sang this on stage of the Trocadero in Philadelphia as a nine and a half foot tall golden robot woman, with the full Big Mess Orchestra behind me in... 1992? Not drag, just a huge goddam robot with a rather slender waist. Full house. Full tilt performance. It stopped the show. We have it on VHS, and one of these days I'll transfer the damned thing and get it loaded up here. My voice doesn't have a broad range, but what range I do have is right in synch with Tony Hadley. The rafters shook in that 120 year old burlesque house...........

Damn, those back vocals on the chorus are dreadful. The idea is okay but the colour of their voices really contrast the main vocal. Kinda ruins the whole chorus.
