    Bangalore is filled with hundreds of fancy malls but nothing beats forum Mall, it's the father of malls mainly for the location,crowd and vibe.

    I as a village boy from Davangere Dist doing PUC in Bangalore at Al Ameena, use to walk all the way from BTM to Koramangla Forum Mall just to have a glimpse of the magnificent mall, the smell and aroma was something which I can never forget. Thank Razzak sahab and Prestige Group. By the way he was also our institution's secretary at that time.

    Prestige group always had a unique concept be it malls or real estate.
    Their residential flats concept is so amazing. And from the outside when you passby you ll know the difference between their flats and other builder. Its outstanding they have strong pillars

    9:07 Her father was right, Brigade gateway is indeed a very good community. A welcoming prospect for the city. But what did every developer do is split it into a low rise and High rise communities and threw away that concept. Now they are building these townships in outskirts of the city, Such sad thing to see.
    Correction: Brigade Gateway is very close to CBD (Central Business District) not in CBD actually.

    I guess the land law would have kept the prices in check. I will live in a 500 Sq Ft apartment all my life but now its like a disadvantage. There's no level playing field. People who have had late career growth, people being born now or even a couple decades ago have absolutely no way of making a property just for themselves to even take a dump now. I see these big areas with multi decade old properties where 4 people live in 10000sq ft space. I dont think that makes sense. They should have advancement but real estate is a limited resource. Everyone should have access to it because the resource belongs to the planet.

    • @gnilambar
      @gnilambar หลายเดือนก่อน

      What should happen is removal of FSI limits etc. and do only zoning at Govt end. Allow people to do this with freedom and there will be enough quality housing at different affordability levels. We waste way too much vertical space in India. 50-100 floor buildings should be normalized.

    • @pavankulkarni3480
      @pavankulkarni3480 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@gnilambar The problem with that is the quality of construction. We are always scared of collapse even if the best builder builds cos they will be cutting cost.

    • @gnilambar
      @gnilambar หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@pavankulkarni3480 Healthy Competition solves almost all quality issues. If you make it easier for builders to enter (my original suggestion), the existing cohort must either improve quality or give way to the new guys.

      That law was so draconian that it made sure that no infra development happened in any city in the country, the houses were small, the facilites provided were worse, and that law was made looking at the soviet union, it's a communist law. They are now dead, and this world dosent owe you anything, if you want something you have to earn it. Most of india already lives only on handouts from the government.
