Kosovo is one of the youngest countries in the world, only taking its independence in 2008. Often misunderstood due to its recent history, Kosovo was the 9th country for Discover Humanity.
In this film Discover Humanity shows the human face of Kosovo; its culture, traditions and way of life. Additionally, Kosovars send a message to the rest of the world... 🇽🇰
Our goal is to create a global mosaic of cultural, human-focused films that reveal the humanity in every country of the world.
Our films also offer local people the chance to share a message with the rest of the world.
Through these films we aim to break down the prejudices and discrimination that are born from a lack of information, or misinformation about people around the world.
We are one species, one planet.

I love this video. It really shows the human face of these people. No matter if it includes all traditions, places or culture of this place. How it could be possible in a few minutes long short film? It is not a full documentary anyway. It is a part of series of short films that reveal that humanity exist in every place. This is the point. My favourite part is the messages when i have the opportunity not only to see a landscape, or a heritage but also to have eye contact and hear the locals.

Soon or later we will reintegrate it back into Serbia - the project is not finished, over half of the UN members do not recognize it, 5 EU and NATO members as well.. It survives only due to international help. I am sorry for the people living there but the new myth is created and it will inspire and already inspires new generations in Serbia...
@@samsung-rl7ng the problem is that you are not the winner but US which must lose interest once a time for this region. No one took Greman's land after WWII, btw they reintegrated. Serbia has not started any war at Kosovo, it was a small rebellion group that wast majority was simply forced to follow due to mentality (the death penalty as a risk without protection). Indeed the response of Serbia was inappropriate. I would just like to see how do you plan to remove Serbian heritage which is under UNESCO protection? You should not have illusions at all, failed uncompleted, artificial project - we will be back as it was in 1912. It is just a matter of the right time. Till then we will be amusing by obstructing you whenever we can and we can a lot as we are UN member, widely recognized, with real diplomacy...we even have nothing to do much as at least 30% will escape from Kosovo as soon as you get via free regime, if it happens at all...

Hi Dielli, Kosovo is an incredible place with a rich culture, which is impossible to fit into a 10 minute short film. Anyway, our project is not about making fully inclusive cultural documentaries, it is about showing some of the aspects of the culture in each country, but primarily we focus on the humans in each location.
