Hoping this will clear all the negativity I didn't realise is still in me.
It's been a few days since I first listened - I wanted to be sure about a result I've had before I commented. Every now and then, I will get a tight feeling in the middle of my chest, between the ribs area. Not sure what causes it, I've tried both heart and lung frequencies which can ease it but it seems to always return eventually.
