I am a Christian white woman and I would like to know where this white privilege is because I certainly don't see any of it because I am living at or maybe below the poverty level. Agreed! As a white male, I grew up in the worst slums, homeless shelters, and housing projects in Houston. I suffered every type of abuse a child can go through. Routinely left alone for several days at a time at the age of 10 with 3 younger brothers and very little food besides the equivalent of a few pieces of stale bread and a can or two of Campbell’s soup. Beaten, neglected, told I was worthless, stupid, and that I “would never amount to anything” on a near daily basis. Ran away at 15, was adopted by another family, barely graduated high school because I was so far behind when I ran away. Joined the military at 18 and never looked back.
If there was white privilege being handed I must have missed it.

College should be about education, not doctrination. Problem solving requires objective thinking. Teaching kids to fairly look at both sides of a story before they make a decision is how you create a generation of intellectuals. Nobody can be an expert in anything with only half the story.
I am 43 years old and this is the weirdest year so far.
This appears to be a generational issue. My daughter is 21, in college, working a full time job, is a youth leader highly involved with the church and still somehow managing to have a personal life. When she was 14-16 we had heated debates on these topics and she believed her points because it’s what is being taught to our children in school. Today we laugh about those arguments because she’s now living in the real world with real responsibilities and can see with her own eyes the opportunities minorities have she does not

If you don't get to the root of the problem, you will only delay the problem and likely create more problems. Righteous people seek truth and won't stop seeking truth no matter how ugly or offensive things get.
