edit: Holy crap you were so lucky when you got knocked uncon in the charger. I have never seen anyone be that lucky with a car in Dayz before!
Just bought the game. Haven’t played it yet. All this raiding gives me so much anxiety lol. I basically have no chance, so hopefully I can learn it quickly! Looks super fun!
Day 1:
I tried to jump off of a smallish tower, breaking a bone. I crawled around some street for an hour before starving to death.
Then I respawned and found some town. Starved to death again.
Respawned near a town, died of dehydration.
Went in with a game plan, spawned near a big lake/ocean with plans to drink it, died of dehydration again.
Not sure how to drink or find food.
Closed the game without any other player interaction. So I guess I’m either dying too soon, or nobody is playing on the server I chose. Bummer…
Day 2:
Today, I killed a chicken! There was a zombie nearby who charged me. I tried really hard to punch it with the chicken in my hand! Died.
I found food! Can’t open the can. Died of starvation.
There was a car that I found. No chance of running and no room for sleeping in. I checked the trunk, got a trunk lid stuck in my hands. Zombie charged me… died.
Watched a video because this is getting out of hand… I need to find wells! Makes sense.
Found a well! No prompt to drink from it. Died of dehydration. Bug?
I managed to make a campfire; no way to light it and no food to cook. Died of starvation.
Finally! Found a gun!!! No ammo, zombie killed me.
I found a knife! Now I can cut bark and trees and maybe zombies! Things are looking up!
Nope… a zombie group killed me before I could find food.
Just broke a bone again… no plans to crawl for an hour this time. Watched a video of how to kill myself with a flare I have in my inventory. Threw the flare!!! I threw the damn flare!!!! Can’t find it… Crawling toward a town; surely there are zombies to kill me there. Starved to death before I got to the town. Shutting down for the night. Hopefully tomorrow sucks less. Guess I’m learning this game the slow way….
Day 3:
Doing good so far! I met two other players (who didn’t kill me). One of them advised to search under trees for apples. I found one so far. Also managed to drink from a well!
Got attacked by three zombies at the same time. I killed them, but one of them scratched me. I had a wet rag, so I bandaged myself up. I think it being wet caused me to be sick. I keep passing out. Can’t really do anything because of it. Tried to lay down; doesn’t matter though. Buuuut, I haven’t died since I logged in.
Now the server is restarting. I logged out but it said once I do, I will be killed. If I just keep dying in this game - even just from logging out, I fail to see the point of it.
Ok, just googled it… you die if you log out unconscious. That would have been some good info. I could have waited to wake up. Unfortunate. Try again tomorrow I suppose. Night.
What platform do you play on if pc, I’ll play with you I have just under 1k hours and even more hours on Xbox dayz
How are things looking for you? If you are struggling, we should add each other on discord. I probably have 500 hours, but not on my account, probably 16 on my main. I could totally help you out and give you some tips, as well as have a partner in general to survive with. When those zombies come by, we can kill them all!

Honestly i don’t know how Nezar isn’t a Million+ Channel, not many people i find that i can enjoy the gameplay but not only that but i feel like i’m super picky on someone’s voice and it just has to be able for me to be able to listen to and idk. 12/10 enjoy the hell outta these videos
