It gets decently cold here in Colorado, but I think the short length is more practical for her day to day activities. I know she really wants a white colored jacket, but I’m a big fan of the Dusky Green color you own. Is it as prone to showing stains, and everyday wear as much as a white coat would?
Hi James, you're very welcome and appreciate your comment. I would say one of the reasons I got this colour is because the "dusty"grey under tone is less prone to showing salt stains (from salting sidewalks and roads here in Toronto) . I also think what helps is this outer shell feels like a water repellent material so coffee stains are easily wiped away. But I have to say in my own experience a dark grey coloured jacket will probably show the least everyday wear and stains over time. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your review! I enjoyed watching it. I just bought the mid-length powder parka and I read online that the hood is "adjustable." So I noticed one jacket that I tried on, the hood felt comfortable.. and then I tried a different one (same style, different size) and the hood felt extremely tight. Do you know how to adjust the fit of the hood? I know it sounds like a strange question but I can't seem to find the instructions online lol!!!
Hi Lorelei, after your comment I checked my hood, it doesn't seem adjustable in any way.. As you can see in my video, my hood fits very deep... not sure if they have slightly different fits. wish I could help more!
I just bought it in color Kelp. I’ve been thinking about getting a long coat for a while now. I live upstate NY, and it gets pretty cold in the winter. I can’t wait to received it in the mail.

I would also like to know, as well. I accidentally purchased the super puff in a large bc the website said I would be a large in the powder parka. It is huge on me. Very comfortable but I look a bit silly. I want to exchange it for powder parka but I’m unsure if it will be the same.
Hi there, it is a hook/Clip very similar to what you would use to tie a water bottle to a backpack. I assume they intended it as a place to tie keys or other valuables inside that jacket. Truthfully I have never used it :)

So cute! I am eyeing the regular length one in Glacier Blue right now but am not sure if it's better than the Summit Parka which I already have.
