You got the sub. Because you’re speaking not only window cleaning, but business.

Excited to watch this video, I just wanted to say dude you've helped me out so much. My whole life fell apart I lost my job. I panicked, I searched business as you can start for next to nothing and I found one of your videos. Still small and growing but I got a contract with a fast food chain making $1300 a month and I can finally pay some bills. The story is long and complicated and painful but stuff is finally moving for me and I appreciate all your videos.

I am running my business now and I only do outside. Going inside and trying to make those windows streak free is impossible. Have you seen how gross peoples houses are. You are the man for doing it lol.
Not worth the time for me lol

I’m just starting doing this. You clean the inside part of the windows as well correct?

I’m 65 and still get screwed on jobs, did a gutter job yesterday, 2 solid hrs 24 ft work , packed 6 inch gutters, should’ve been $200. Got $150, I left job feeling very upset , mad , telling myself , why why why? Been in business for myself since 1981, should’ve known better, , between not screwing customer and not screwing yourself is a fine line,.... still learning.....

Sometimes losing customers can be a good thing; raising prices gets rid of the lower quality clients.

Why not charge per pane? Post construction $8+ per window and standard windows at $5+?

Oh I see you’re left handed. That must be why you’re so smart.
